Race Day Information

Date: April 17th, 2010, rain or shine

Location: Martin Luther King Drive

  • 7:30am: Registration
  • 8:15am: Pre-Run Yoga Stretch
  • 9:00am: Start Across from the Art Museum
  • 9:30am: Earth Day Celebration begins
  • 10:00am: Awards Ceremony

Timing: Computer Chip Time provided by LIN-MARK Computer Sports. All athletes will be issued a recyclable timing chip at registration. For more information, visit www.lin-mark.com/chipinfo.htm

Water/First Aid: Water will be at the halfway point and the start/finish line. Emergency services will be present. Portable restrooms will be near the start/finish.

Results: Run results will be posted on this website.

Achievement Awards: Top 3 overall finishers, male and female, recieve 5K Run for Clean Air achievement awards.

Individual Medal Categories: There will be medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers, in the following age categories:

Limited parking is available. Entrance to Martin Luther King Drive is from Eakins Oval, just left of the main entrance to the Art Museum.
