Whether you’re a first timer runner or a veteran racing warrior, make a resolution to run the 5K Run for Clean Air. Register now as motivation to reach the goals you have set for 2013.

Start a training schedule to keep yourself on track and motivated to run! A specified program is a great way to keep your intensity high and activity varied during workouts. By sticking to a schedule, running a 5K will be easy as pie! Remember to warm up for 10 to 20 minutes with yoga or other stretches.
